Is all your freelance work in one State? & in the state where you reside?If so:- Hatzlocho with your taxes. If not:- Don't even think of doing your taxes without an experienced accountant.

No big deal. Use turbotax for free for the federal. Then just do the state one yourself with those numbers. Depending where you live, your state may have free software on their website also.

if someone did your taxes for you - then they should also figure out estimated taxes and give you pay stubs which you send in or pay online.
